What answered prayer are you living in today?! I found myself needing to pause and be thankful today and maybe someone else out there needs to also!

We are waiting for our ottoman to arrive and trying to make a final decision on the side tables. But, I did go with the minority vote 😂 on these table lamps from a few weeks ago and I love them. I am really happy with that decision. Slowly but surely, this space is coming together!

I’ve been on a mission this week to add some simple Easter decor to my spring decorating. It’s on busy weeks like this that I am especially glad my holiday decor consists of simple touches added to the seasonal decorating that I’ve already done!

I used decorations I already had and then added these realistic bougainvillea vines that I shared with you last week in my stories. I love the simple touch of natural, realistic color for a fresh and cheerful look!

If you’re wanting to add a little pop of color to your outdoor spaces, I’ll link these faux bougainvillea trees and vines in stories. They are so realistic and the color is an exact match to the real bougainvillea growing in our landscape!

My favorite spring greenery, thrifted marble eggs, ceramic eggs from the dollar spot, and a cute bunny that I’ve had for a few years...that’s all it took to give these shelves a little touch of Easter. Best part? After Easter, all I have to do is pack up the bunny and eggs in order to “redecorate” these shelves for spring!

With this extra busy season of life, I’m all about ways to make home pretty AND simple!

Whether it’s a clear blue sky and gentle breeze or a glimpse of a prayer starting to be answered, the goodness of God is not hard to find when we are looking for it. 🤍 I have been especially thankful for the pretty flowers outside in our landscape lately and the inspiration to add some realistic faux ones inside!

Honestly, by now I’ve usually decked the house out for spring but if simple touches are all that happens this year, that’s okay too. I love that spring doesn’t require a lot of redecorating to give us all the “spring feels” anyway!!!

I hope you’ve had a great week so far! We enjoyed field day for the girls today, Harrison is up to the races tomorrow, a school fundraiser on Saturday, a church ministry conference this weekend, and hopefully a little family time to soak up the beautiful spring weather here in Florida!

It is officially March and around our home, that means it is time for me to start resetting, refreshing, and fluffing our spaces. And it also means it is flower season!

As much as I love real flowers, I often do not have time to go and get pretty ones nor do I always take the time to style them. I should do better. But, thankfully, I have amazing faux flowers that save me both time and money while giving our home a touch of spring!
